Our daily activities begin every morning upon waking with our residents preparing the dining area for breakfast, baking fresh bread and participating in all aspects of daily living activities. Specially designed memory and life enrichment areas take our residents back in time to the days they hold and cherish the most. Our Horizons Community Director leads programs that incorporates our residents’ history, preferences and abilities into individualized care plans.
