One of these associate’s worth focusing on is Janece Difranco.
Janece began her career in Senior Living 10 years ago in Evans, GA, as the Food and Beverage Director. She was promoted shortly after to the role of Regional Director of Food and Beverage, assisting communities in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia and Mississippi. In June of 2020, she merged into the role of Regional Operations Specialist assisting communities throughout Georgia. Prior to her current role at Oaks as Regional Director of Operations, she joined our Oaks Senior Living family as the Executive Director of Oaks at Evans.
Janece’s Oaks story is the epitome of what we hope for our team members. She joined Oaks Senior Living in June of 2021, and after stewarding her role with excellence, was given a promotion opportunity that gave her oversight on operations for nine communities in Georgia and South Carolina. When asked about this new role, Janece said, “From day one, everyone has championed the transition and really made huge strides to make me feel welcomed and invested in.”
The Oaks mission aligns directly with Janece’s heart towards senior care. To her, serving seniors is much more than just making administrative decisions; it requires considering their direct needs and forming decisions based upon what is best for the resident and their family. Her love for seniors isn’t just restricted to her career either. For over 20 years, Janece has partnered with a local ministry within the CSRA to visit with and assist seniors in need.
No matter the position Janece has found herself in over her 10-year career in Senior Living, the goal is always the same; offering quality care that blesses the lives of each senior. She looks forward to her future in senior care and the potential lives she will be able to impact. “Serving others is what I am called to do, and you’ll always find me with helping hands ready to pitch in.”
