The Founders Club is a limited time, exclusive membership for the first depositors and residents of the Oaks at Aiken.
What is the Process
- 1. Select an available apartment and location of your choice.
- 2. Make a community fee deposit in the amount of $2,200.
- 3. Start to enjoy the benefits of being a Founder’s Club Member by attending special events and our VIP celebrations.
- 4. Take financial possession of your selected apartment within the first 30 days of the community opening.
- 5. Move-in on your selected date and enjoy your new home at the Oaks at Aiken!
