Natosha Williams

Executive Director

Natosha Williams is a Health Care Management Specialist and U.S. Army Veteran who has more than 20 years’ cultivating successful teams amongst health care and military programs. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Natosha moved to Georgia in 2010. As an executive director, she prioritizes creating memorable experiences for her residents, improving community processes, and building superior team skills to help meet and exceed goals.

Natosha has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. She has a passion for taking care of seniors and coaching the community’s employees and management team. Natosha has her Assisted Living Administrator License through Georgia and plans on attaining her Dementia Practitioner Certification through National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She looks forward to working directly with the families and residents at Oaks of Snellville. When she isn’t at her community, you can find Natosha reading a book our enjoying an outdoor activity.
